January Habit: Eat More Vegetables

Its the new year, but I’m not here to tell you, ‘New Year. New Me.’ I’m here to tell you that its the New Year, and my goal is simple. To grow and become a better me than before, one habit at a time.

2020’s mantra is Progress, not perfection. Vince Lombardi said it best;

Perfection is unattainable, but if we chase perfection, we can catch excellence.

As a Coach, it’s not about perfection. Rather it’s about making progress.

Progression is the key to consistency.

My personal struggle is making sure I have enough vegetables in my diet. For the month of January, I have decided to feature dishes/meals that are plant forward. By doing this consistently for the most part of the month, it will create a habit that will be beneficial for my over all health.
